If a transfer arrives damaged or misprinted because of us, email [email protected] within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We reprint it free or refund that item.

Because every sheet is printed from your files, we cannot refund for problems in the artwork itself (low resolution, typos, white backgrounds) — the builder warns about these before you pay.

Digitizing includes free minor edits. If we cannot get a design to sew acceptably, we refund the digitizing fee.

You keep all rights to your designs. By uploading you confirm you have the right to print or stitch them. We do not print hateful content or artwork that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, and may cancel and refund such orders.

We keep your files so you can reorder; ask us any time and we will delete them.

We collect what we need to fill your order: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address and your uploaded files. Payments are handled by Square — we never see or store card numbers.

We use one essential cookie to keep your cart and sign-in. No advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your information except with the carrier that delivers your order.

Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown. Delivery estimates are estimates. Colours on screen vary from printed ink. By placing an order you agree to these policies.
