How fast do you print?
Order by 4 PM ET and it ships the same business day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
What does shipping cost?
Flat $8.95 anywhere in the US, free on orders over $120. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
Can I pick up?
Local pickup in Charlotte, NC. We email you when it is ready. Choose “Local pickup” at checkout — it is free.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One small sheet is fine, and there are no setup or art fees.
Can I change my order after paying?
Email us right away with your order number. If it has not gone to print yet we will fix it.
Art & the builder
What files work best?
Transparent PNGs at 300 DPI at the size you want to print. JPGs work, but their white background prints as a white box.
What does the DPI warning mean?
DPI is how many image pixels land on each inch of film. Under 150 looks blurry; 250+ looks sharp. Make the design smaller or upload a bigger file to fix it.
How wide is a sheet?
Every sheet is 12.5" wide. You pay for the length — the builder picks the shortest size your layout fits, or you can choose one.
Do you check my files?
The builder flags problems before you pay, and we look at every sheet before printing. If something looks off we email you before printing.
Can I upload my own finished layout?
Yes — use Upload a finished sheet. It must be 12.5" wide (3,750 px at 300 DPI).
Pressing
How do I apply a DTF transfer?
Pre-press the garment 3–5 seconds. Press the transfer at 300–325°F, medium pressure, 10–15 seconds. Let it cool, peel the film slowly, then press again for 5 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet on top.
What can I press onto?
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, denim, nylon (lower heat) and more — light or dark fabrics.
How do I wash it?
Wait 24 hours, wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach, and do not iron directly on the print.
Embroidery digitizing
What do I get back?
Machine files in the formats you chose (DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3…), plus a preview and stitch count.
How long does it take?
Usually 24-48 hours. Rush gets files back within 12 hours.
What if I need changes?
Open your order page and press “Need a change?”. Minor edits are free.
Will you stitch it for me too?
Reply to your order email with what you want stitched and we will send a quote.
